Admitting to Not Using Amphetamines for a Year as Treatment for Bipolar Disorder, Medina Zein: Only a Few Times

Kapanlagi.com - From a urine test conducted on Medina Zein, the police found amphetamines, which are classified as narcotics. However, when they conducted a hair test, no illegal substances were found.

The police explained that this is an indication that Medina has not been using drugs for a long time. This resilient businesswoman also admitted that she has not been using them for a year.

"Not long, (not) even a year," said Medina during a press conference on Friday, (3/1).

Medina admitted to using tranquilizers because she suffers from bipolar disorder. Under the doctor's prescription, she consumes medication to cure her illness.

However, when asked about the name of the medication she consumed, Medina evaded. She admitted to being afraid of mispronouncing it and asked the media personnel to ask the doctor directly.

"I'm afraid of mispronouncing it. I'm also afraid of making a mistake. It's better to ask the person concerned (the doctor) directly," she said.

2. Hoping to Get Well

Now, Medina can breathe freely. However, she has to undergo rehabilitation for 3 months, but that doesn't make Medina sad.

"Please pray for the best for me. I'm really happy here, the police officers are nice. I have three meals a day, delicious," she said.

This mother of two hopes to recover from her bipolar disorder soon. She also hopes to get rid of the medication as soon as possible.

"Yes, of course. It's not proven in the hair either. I only used it a few times because maybe at the age of 27, my life burden is like that of a 45-year-old. I have to support 400 employees," she said.

Currently, Medina is heading straight to Lemdikpol for rehabilitation, and her baby will follow. "Yes, my child will be taken there immediately. Thank you very much," she concluded.
