After Being Released from Prison, Ahmad Dhani Will Routinely Hold Study at His Home

Kapanlagi.com - After being released from prison, many things have been done by Ahmad Dhani. One of them is holding a monthly study at his residence. Unlike other studies, Ahmad Dhani raises the theme of Islamic History Study. For the first month's study, Ahmad Dhani invited Ustaz Das'ad Latif as the speaker.

"Today is not a sermon, it's a study. So I make a monthly study on Islamic history. So it doesn't discuss sins or sharia, not about what is forbidden or allowed, almost all studies are like that. If this study doesn't discuss halal or haram or halal sins, heaven and hell, we specifically discuss history," said Ahmad Dhani when met at his home in Pondok Indah area, South Jakarta, Friday (17/1).

1. Important to Discuss Islamic History

According to Ahmad Dhani, one important thing when learning religion is to start by recognizing its history. He also teaches his children about any history.

"For me, it is important, one of the important requirements when learning religion is to learn its history. So that we don't misunderstand. If there is none elsewhere, I provide it here," said Ahmad Dhani.

"Oh yes (teach history) because children know that I not only understand Islamic history but also understand human civilization history, as well as Indonesian history. The children understand very well that I am truly concerned about it," he continued.

2. Rejecting Being Called More Religious

Starting to regularly participate in religious studies, but Ahmad Dhani rejects being said to appear more religious now. "No, I have been religious since long ago. Don't be mistaken, remember my son's name, Al Ghazali, he was born in 1997," said Mulan Jameela's husband.

"But sometimes it's funny that some young artists never knew my previous history. Most of them say Alhamdulillah, Mas Ahmad Dhani has now converted. Hehe. It's okay. In fact, it has been a long time. My school was also SD Muhammadiyah and, of course, my son's name is Al Ghazali, born in 1997," he concluded.
