After Conducting Dante's Death Reconstruction, Tamara Tyasmara Cries

Kapanlagi.com - The investigators of Direskrimum Polda Metro Jaya conducted a reconstruction of the death case of Tamara Tyasmara and Angger Dimas, Raden Adante Khalif Pramudityo alias Dante on Wednesday, February 28, 2024. The suspect Yudha Arfandi alias YA was present, and the reconstruction activity was held twice. First in the lobby of Direskrimum Polda Metro Jaya and then continued at the Palem Tirta Mas Pondok Kelapa Swimming Pool, East Jakarta.

Dante's mother, Tamara Tyasmara, accompanied by her lawyer, participated in the reconstruction process held in the lobby of Direskrimum Polda Metro Jaya. Tamara was asked to act out the scene of escorting Dante from her house to Yudha Arfandi's residence. It started around 10:45 AM and Tamara Tyasmara herself appeared strong before the reconstruction began.

1. Tamara Can't Hold Back Tears

In the sequence of scenes, it can be seen that Tamara is taking Dante to Yudha Arfandi's house. After completing the scene, Tamara appears unable to hold back her tears.

Her tears burst after experiencing the scene of leaving Dante with Yudha. Then, some of Tamara's colleagues who were present tried to calm down the former wife of Angger Dimas.

A series of reconstruction scenes went smoothly. But in the 13th scene, the suspect Yudha refused to participate in the reconstruction. The scene tells that Yudha monitored the swimming pool situation by accessing CCTV.

"In scene 13, where he was heading towards the swimming pool, there is a scene where the suspect did not admit to accessing CCTV through browsing the internet to check whether there was CCTV or not," said Dirkirmum of the Jakarta Metropolitan Police, Commissioner Pol Wira Satya Triputra.

2. Suspect Checked CCTV

Wira said that this fact was written through the testimony of an expert examined by the investigators some time ago. "In fact, the suspect checked the CCTV through browsing, this has been proven from digital analysis. Suspect YA accessed the CCTV through a mobile phone, this is based on digital analysis," said Wira.

The reenactment of the scene was done to provide an illustration of how the victim eventually entered the swimming pool, drowned, and then taken to the hospital. Scene number 13, which is not acknowledged by Yudha, could indicate a planned murder.

"This can be applied under Article 340 regarding planned murder," he concluded.
