Agreed! Child Custody Goes to Tasya Farasya Without Debate

Tasya Farasya's attorney, Sangun Ragahdo, explained that this agreement falls into the category of "partially agreed" from the mediation results.

"Regarding child custody, actually, that's why I said earlier, in this mediation, it is partially agreed. Partially agreed in the sense that there are things agreed upon earlier. This child custody has been agreed to be given to our client, Mrs. Tasya," said Sangun at the South Jakarta Religious Court, Wednesday (24/9/2025).

He added that the issue of child custody has not been a point of contention from the beginning. The lawsuit filed by Tasya is more focused on the divorce request itself.

"So, it won't be an issue later because, in fact, the lawsuit we filed is more about the divorce itself; we are not asking for shared assets, and the child custody has been fulfilled," he explained.

With the agreement on child custody, the upcoming hearings will be more focused on proving the claims made by Tasya Farasya, especially regarding the ongoing disputes triggered by the loss of trust.

"So, moving forward, we will focus on the proof of the claims we presented, the claims we made. What we present will be proven later in the next court proceedings," said Sangun.

Meanwhile, for the main issue of the divorce, mediation has been declared a failure or deadlock. The hearing will continue on October 8, 2025, for the formal presentation of the mediation results before the panel of judges.

"We just went through it together, the principal was present for both the plaintiff and the defendant, the results are in, eh what is it called, partially agreed," he concluded.
