"Everything has been agreed upon and the agreement has been submitted to the judge. So let the judge make the decision," said Bernard Pasaribu, Raiden Soedjono's legal representative after the hearing on Monday (13/9).
Bernard Pasaribu also mentioned that his client no longer needs to attend the hearing as the mediation has failed to take place.
"Because the mediation has passed and the agenda is now the witness. So Raiden's presence is not that important," said Bernard Pasaribu.
"In essence, the petitioner and the respondent have agreed to proceed with the divorce amicably. That's the main point," he concluded.
