Ahead of Ramadan, Angelina Sondakh Visits Adjie Massaid's Grave

Kapanlagi.com - Two days before Ramadan, Angelina Sondakh visited her late husband's grave, Adjie Massaid, at the TPU Jeruk Purut cemetery in South Jakarta. This is the second time Angelina Sondakh has visited her late husband's grave. Previously, she came to her husband's grave after being released from prison on March 3, 2022.

She was not alone, she came with her child and sister-in-law, Mudji Massaid. Upon arriving at Adjie Massaid's grave, Angelina Sondakh, who was wearing all-black clothing with a brown headscarf, immediately placed flowers on the grave. Then, she continued to scatter flowers and recite prayers for the late Adjie Massaid.

"I ask for your prayers so that the late Mas Aji's good deeds are accepted, his sins are forgiven, he is placed in the best place, and his grave is made spacious," said Angelina Sondakh at the TPU Jeruk Purut cemetery in South Jakarta on Wednesday (30/3/2022).

1. Pray for the Husband

After praying for her late husband, the 44-year-old woman also mentioned that her son, Keanu Massaid, did not go to his father's grave. Keanu chose to stay in the car parked not far from Adjie Massaid's grave.

"Keanu is here, but he's still shy to meet the journalists. During the fasting month, we are not allowed to visit the grave first," said Angelina Sondakh.

2. Asking for Help to Guard

After that, Angelina Sondakh also entrusted a message to one of the grave guards. She asked for help to guard her husband's grave and to make sure the pot on top of the grave does not go missing.

"Please guard the pot, I will refill it with flowers later," said Angelina Sondakh.

3. Able to Work

Angelina Sondakh has been declared free after serving a 10-year prison sentence. Now, she is undergoing Pre-Release Furlough (CMB) period. The Head of Class 1 South Jakarta Correctional Facility, Ricky Dwi Biantoro, said that Angelina can also return to work.

Not only that, Ricky also said that they could allow Angelina to go out of town. Moreover, if the purpose is to earn a living. However, of course, Angelina must first obtain permission from the Correctional Facility.

"For work, it is allowed. For our clients who have undergone reintegration, they can travel out of town, especially for work, they must because they have to reintegrate into society," said Ricky in his office, Friday (4/3/2022).

4. Reporting Obligation

For now, Angelina Sondakh is still required to report regularly until June 1, 2022. Ricky said that, as the winner of the 2001 Miss Indonesia, Angelina is still under the guidance and supervision of the Correctional Facility. Automatically, Angelina must undergo a number of programs that have been made by the Correctional Facility.

"So Angie must follow the guidance that we have set. When she is still in the guidance period and wants to go out of town, she cannot go out of town, she must first follow our guidance," said Ricky.
