Sisitipsi Vocalist Muhammad Fauzan Lubis Undergoes Rehabilitation for Three Months

Kapanlagi.com - The drug abuse case involving the name of Sisitipsi's vocalist has found a result. After being named a suspect in a drug abuse case, the vocalist of the music group Sisitipsi, Muhammad Fauzan Lubis (MFL) or better known as Ojan, underwent an assessment with a joint team at the National Narcotics Agency of the Province (BNNP) of DKI Jakarta on Wednesday (23/3/2022).

"The result is that MFL meets the requirements for rehabilitation and we will bring him, brother MFL, to BNNP DKI for treatment for 3 months," said AKP Harry Gasgari on Wednesday (30/3/2022).

Harry Gasgari revealed that Fauzan Lubis has met the requirements to undergo rehabilitation at BNNP DKI. Harry also stated that according to the assessment results from the joint team, brother MFL meets the requirements to undergo the rehabilitation or treatment process.

1. Many Pieces of Evidence

It is known that MFL was arrested on Thursday (17/3) early morning in the parking lot of a cafe in Blok M, South Jakarta. When arrested, MFL was searched and the police found several pieces of evidence in the form of five Sanax pills, half a Dumolid pill, one Calmelt Alprazolam pill, and several pills along with a doctor's prescription.

Not only that, the police also found several pieces of marijuana in the suspect's car parked in the cafe's parking lot. After being arrested in the cafe parking lot in Blok M, the police searched the suspect's house in Tangerang. During the search, the police found several pieces of vapir paper stored in his room.

2. Immediately Detained

From the results of the arrest and the discovery of the evidence, MFL was immediately taken to the West Jakarta Metro Police Station. There, the police immediately detained him and MFL was questioned further by the investigators.

For his actions, MFL was charged under Article 127 paragraph 1 letter (a) of Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics and Article 62 of Law Number 5 of 1997 concerning Psychotropics with a maximum penalty of five years imprisonment.

3. Previously Consumed Marijuana Coffee

Before being arrested by the authorities, Ojan apparently consumed marijuana coffee at a cafe in the Summarecon Bekasi area, West Java. Ojan admitted to doing this last on Sunday (3/6).

In addition to consuming marijuana coffee, Ojan also admitted to consuming psychotropic drugs recently at his home. Ojan has now been named a suspect.

"The suspect admitted to last consuming coffee containing marijuana on Sunday, March 6, 2022, at a cafe in the Summarecon Bekasi area," said Zulpan at the West Jakarta Metro Police Station on Friday (3/18).

4. Reasons for Using Marijuana

Ojan himself admitted that the reason he uses drugs in his daily life. He claimed to use marijuana to support his every activity.

"The use of narcotics is used to support his daily activities as a musician even though it is a violation of the law. It is not justified for any reason," said Zulpan.
