Ahmad Dhani Was Once Imprisoned, Here's Maia Estianty's Advice for Dul Jaelani

Kapanlagi.com - Dul Jaelani revealed the role of his mother, Maia Estianty, in helping him rise again when he was down. The younger brother of Al Ghazali and El Rumi revealed that his mother gave him a lot of advice when his father, Ahmad Dhani, went to jail.

"Mom always gives advice, 'be patient, this is a test from Allah'. And yes, Alhamdulillah, it calms me down," said Dul in a video uploaded on Ari Lasso's YouTube channel on Sunday (2/2/2020).

1. Close to Mother

Dul revealed how his relationship with his mother. He admitted that he is quite close to Maia and they have a very smooth communication. They also live in the same house, so their relationship is certainly very close.

"Alhamdulillah, close, even closer to mom. Alhamdulillah, communication is also smooth, even feels like friends with mom," added Dul.

2. Unable to Replace Father's Figure

Although having a closer relationship with Maia, Dul admitted that he still needs his father's figure. He stated that his closeness with Maia cannot replace his father's figure.

"I think there are many life values that can only be obtained from a father or family," he continued.

Dul himself admitted that he felt very down when Ahmad Dhani had to be imprisoned. He lost his father figure who had been a role model in various aspects.
