Aliff Alli Urges Aska Ongi to Apologize to the Public for Marriage Statement - Redeem Medicine at RSJ

The Malaysian soap opera actor did not attend the hearing because he was not feeling well. Aliff Alli's presence was finally represented by his legal counsel, Asgar Sjarfi.

1. Aska Ongi Requests an Apology

After the trial, Asgar Sjarfi, as the legal counsel for Aliff Alli, asked Aska Ongi to publicly apologize for several statements made to the media after last week's hearing. As it is known, Aska stated that Aliff had not divorced his first wife when he married Nora Alexandra.

"We ask for his apology to the mass media. We demand accountability for what was said. We have evidence. We will not release it until the trial is over," said Asgar when met at the Central Jakarta Religious Court on Wednesday (28/4).

2. Aliff Will Explain the Reason for Using Medicine

Not only about not divorcing the woman named Nuning Irpana when marrying Nora Alexandra, Aliff Alli also questions Aska Ongi who revealed the fact that he once redeemed medicine at a mental hospital.

"Later Aliff will also speak to clarify. Aliff will talk about why he used (the medicine). Only Aliff and his psychiatrist know that. Aska is not a psychiatrist. I ask Aska to apologize to us and clarify," said Asgar.

3. Aska Ongi Burns with Jealousy

Furthermore, Asgar Sjarfi revealed that Aska Ongi made accusations out of jealousy towards Aliff Alli. He became a witness when Aska threatened to bring the issue to court.

"Before that, we ask for an apology (from Aska) because there are more and more accusations. Many of them. I, as a witness, only know about Aliff having an affair with a woman. That's what Aska cannot accept, and he threatens to call the police, call the media, bring it to court. We will answer everything later. This is only the result of a jealous and vengeful woman. And this is the effect of it all," Asgar concluded.
