Allegedly Cheating with Rachel Vennya's Ex-Boyfriend, Azizah Salsha Reports the Spread of Hoaxes Related to Her

Azizah Salsha, the wife of footballer Pratama Arhan, has reported several social media accounts that spread hoaxes and slander related to the allegations of her infidelity to the Indonesian National Police's Criminal Investigation Agency (Bareskrim Polri).

"Today we reported several social media accounts that spread slander and tarnish the reputation of our client, Sister Nurul Azizah," said Azizah Salsha's attorney, Egamarthadinata, as quoted by KapanLagi.com via Antara News, in a statement received in Jakarta on Wednesday.

2. Presented By Attorney

This report was submitted through its legal representative, Egamarthadinata, on August 21, 2024. In the report, they requested strict action against the accounts that are considered to have defamed their client.

This report is based on Article 45 Paragraph (4) in conjunction with Article 27A of Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 1 of 2024 concerning the Second Amendment to the ITE Law, as well as Articles 310 and 311 of the Criminal Code.

3. Many Accounts Spreading Defamation

Egamarthadinata stated that many accounts spreading defamation are in the process of elimination, especially accounts that make numerous posts that serve as references for other accounts.

"There are many accounts spreading defamation, but we are eliminating them, especially accounts that create threads or many posts that serve as references for other social media accounts to update their statuses," he said.

4. Household is Just Fine

Azizah has also provided clarification through her social media, emphasizing that her marriage to Pratama Arhan is doing well. She asks the public not to spread false news and to give them privacy.

"Thank you very much for all the attention and prayers that have been sent for me and my husband. Currently, our household is doing well," wrote Azizah Salsha.
