Already Designated as a Drug Suspect, Here's the Chronology of Roy Kiyoshi's Arrest

Kapanlagi.com - Roy Kiyoshi adds to the list of blacklisted workers in the entertainment industry who are involved in drugs. According to Commissioner Vivick Tjangkung, Roy is currently at the South Jakarta Police Resort for questioning.

From Commissioner Vivick's statement, Roy has been using drugs for the past year. And according to Roy's confession, during that year he consumed the drugs under doctor's supervision.

"Currently, we are detaining Roy. The detention order has been signed and we are in the process of conducting the examination. There are things that he needs to add to the examination because he admitted that for the past year, Roy has always been under the doctor's control," said Commissioner Vivick Tjangkung when met at the South Jakarta Metro Police Resort, Saturday (9/5) early morning.

"Later, we will also ask the doctor for a statement to confirm if it is true, whether he has been released from the doctor's control since 2019," he added.

1. Buying Medicine Online

Kompol Vivick Tjangkung said that since 2019, Roy Kiyoshi is no longer under doctor's supervision. And he obtained the drugs by buying them online. In his confession, Roy himself did not know that the drugs were psychotropic narcotics, which are prohibited drugs. 

"After that, he tried to buy the medicine that doctors usually prescribe online, now his condition is good and he feels calm. He didn't know that what he did was a deviation because those drugs should be used under doctor's control, with a doctor's prescription, and he understands it," he said.

Roy Kiyoshi's arrest went smoothly. Responding to local residents' reports, the police finally visited Roy Kiyoshi's house. Vivick also said that during the arrest process, Roy was very cooperative. 

"It was at his house and this is actually a report from the community, then we responded to the report and went to the location of his residence, he was really cooperative, there was no resistance," he explained. 

"He allowed the members to carry out their duties, his parents were also there at that time, everything went well and he showed the evidence of the psychotropic drugs and he admitted that he bought them online," he continued. 

With several pieces of evidence in the form of 21 psychotropic pills, Roy Kiyoshi has now been designated as a suspect. "Yes, he has been designated as a suspect," said Kompol Vivick.
