Kapanlagi.com - The divorce and custody battle between Virgoun and Inara Rusli is still ongoing in the West Jakarta Religious Court. Currently, the trial has entered the agenda of listening to expert witness testimonies from both parties.
For Virgoun's side, his legal team has brought two expert witnesses to the trial held on Wednesday (20/9/2023). Meanwhile, Inara's side did not attend and has not brought any expert witnesses.
"There is no confirmation as to why they did not come. Therefore, the Chief Judge postponed the trial for three weeks to schedule expert testimonies from the plaintiff," said Adrianus Agal, Virgoun's legal representative at the West Jakarta Religious Court, on Wednesday (20/9/2023).
The absence of Inara is regrettable for Adrianus Agal. Because it makes the court agenda longer. He predicts that in October 2023, the Judge of the West Jakarta Religious Court will decide on the divorce case and custody battle between Virgoun and Inara.
"Today should have been the last agenda for expert testimony. So if this trial process is long, it is still reasonable. The latest it will be decided is in October," said Adrianus Agal.
According to Adrianus Agal, after hearing the expert testimony from Inara's side, the trial will enter the evidence presentation agenda and hear the verdict.
"After the expert testimony, there will be another agenda, evidence presentation and verdict," he said.
