"Mostly just breast milk. I have to watch what I eat. By the way, my child can't have anything dairy, especially cow's milk," she said.

"So the milk he gets has to be really safe because it can cause rashes on his face. And he is allergic to fish too. So if I eat fish, since I am still breastfeeding and also giving him solid foods, I have to be careful," Amanda added.

On the other hand, Kenny Austin admitted that he is very enthusiastic about learning various things related to baby care. He even regularly seeks information through social media and video platforms to increase his knowledge as a new father.

"YouTube is my main activity. Now my FYP is all about babies. That's why I'm exploring how to bathe a baby," said Kenny.

"I aim for two years. If God allows and everything goes well, two years," concluded Amanda.

To ensure Baby Zac's nutrition is met and his weight is ideal, Amanda applies a combination method. She breastfeeds directly (Direct Breastfeeding/DBF) while also pumping breast milk.
