Ammar Zoni Sentenced to 7 Years in Prison, Legal Counsel Re-examines the Actor's Documents

After being sentenced to 7 years in prison, Ammar Zoni is now considering the next legal steps. His new legal counsel, Krisna Murti, stated that they are preparing a thorough strategy before making an official decision.

Krisna emphasized that Ammar Zoni's side has not yet determined whether to appeal or accept the judge's ruling. This decision greatly depends on the results of in-depth discussions between the legal team and their client.

The discussion has become crucial as it concerns the future of Ammar Zoni, who is now facing a lengthy prison sentence. In addition to considering an appeal, the legal team also plans to thoroughly review all court documents in detail. This includes the judge's considerations and the evidence used during the legal proceedings.

"We will review all the documents again. If there is any evidence that was overlooked or new evidence, it could serve as a basis for the next legal steps," explained Krisna Murti.

Krisna sees the possibility of finding another legal loophole in this case. The search for novum or new evidence has become one of the team's priorities if they indeed want to file an extraordinary legal effort such as a Judicial Review (PK).

"Including finding novum or new evidence that can be used in the effort for a judicial review (PK)," said Krisna Murti.
