Andre Taulany Claims He Just Learned About His Ex-Wife's Reporting Issue Through Social Media

"Not yet, not at all. I only know from the news, informed by people like that. As for what exactly happened, I still don’t know anything," said Andre Taulany when met in the Buncit Raya area, South Jakarta, on Wednesday (29/4/2026) night.

The background of this case involves allegations of abusive actions taken by Erin against her employee who had only been working for a short time at the house. This issue intensified after reports circulated that there were restrictions on communication and a suspension of financial rights against the housekeeper.

Andre confirmed that he had indeed not been receiving updates on domestic news because his communication had been limited to matters concerning the children only. He admitted that he only became aware of the turmoil after the information exploded and went viral on various social media.

"From social media, yes," replied the actor in the soap opera Para Pencari Tuhan briefly when asked about the main source of information he received.

Andre's involvement in this issue is actually limited to providing funds for the salaries of the household assistants there. However, he claimed he was not technically aware if there were allegations of salary withholding as accused by the complainants to the South Jakarta Metro Police.

"Wow, I don't know about that. Yeah. Thank you," Andre firmly stated while indicating that he could not provide speculative information regarding the salary rights issue.

Andre also strongly rejected any connection between the case of the assault on the household assistant and his decision to divorce Erin in the past. For him, divorce is a different chapter in life and should not be mixed with this new legal issue.
