Rien Wartia Trigina or Erin revealed new facts regarding the domestic worker (ART) who reported her to the police. Erin mentioned that the assistant with the initial H is a new worker whose service period in her home has not even reached one month.

The presence of the domestic worker in Erin's home was obtained through an official labor agency that she had paid for their services. However, before she could even receive her first paycheck, the assistant surprisingly filed a report of abuse that has recently caused a stir on social media.

"New, very new, just. Not even a month yet. Just not even a month," said Rien Wartia Trigina when met at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Thursday (April 29, 2026) early morning.

Erin explained that the assistant's status is still in the probation period and has not received a monthly salary because it is not yet time. She finds it strange that the newly joined assistant suddenly creates a legal drama without a reasonable explanation.

This issue began with a report from H to the SPKT of the South Jakarta Metro Police, claiming to have experienced physical violence by her employer. However, Erin insists that she has never committed such illegal acts against her employee.

Erin's legal team now plans to send a formal notice not only to the concerned domestic worker but also to the agency. They are considered responsible for the integrity of the labor sent to her client's home.

"There hasn't been a salary payment yet. It's not even a month. And I've already paid the distributor, so let's just see how the process goes. I will definitely follow up on this firmly," said the woman who enjoys collecting luxury items.

Siti Hajar, as Erin's lawyer, added that her team wants to remind all parties that making false accusations is not a trivial matter. There are serious legal consequences awaiting if the allegations of abuse are not proven in court later.
