"That is the only step remaining, the step of pronouncing the divorce pledge, that must be awaited and it must be stated, it cannot be omitted and must be pronounced in front of the panel of judges for it to be valid, then the divorce certificate will be issued," said Fahmi Bachmid in South Jakarta, Tuesday (11/11/2025).

Fahmi added that the summons for the divorce pledge hearing will be officially communicated by the court after the legal efforts period ends.

"As soon as the decision has permanent legal force, the pronouncement will be carried out immediately and will be officially summoned," he said.

3. Give Time for Both Parties

This process gives both parties time to take legal action, such as an appeal. However, Fahmi believes that this will not happen because the divorce is based on mutual agreement.

"I am confident that there will be no legal action because they have agreed to end their marriage; it’s just a matter of time regarding this legal action, and once it is finalized, the decision will have permanent legal force," he explained.

Fahmi emphasized that the obligation to pronounce the divorce declaration lies with the petitioner, namely Andre Taulany himself.

"Once it has permanent legal force, I will request as soon as possible, or perhaps the court will call for the pronouncement of the divorce declaration to be made in front of the panel of judges by the petitioner himself, in this case, Mas Andre," he concluded.
