Andre Taulany Officially Divorced from Erin Wartia, Immediately Expresses Gratitude

Fahmi Bachmid explained that the decision is final and grants his client's request to pronounce a single divorce.

"I received a notification from the E-Court of the South Jakarta Religious Court which essentially states that the case of the divorce declaration petition submitted by Andre has been decided with the ruling granting the petitioner's request, allowing the petitioner to pronounce a single raj'i divorce against the respondent," said Fahmi Bachmid when met in the Haji Nawi area, South Jakarta, on Tuesday (11/11/2025).

Upon hearing the news, Andre Taulany showed a reaction of relief. According to Fahmi, his client immediately expressed gratitude right after hearing that his divorce petition was granted by the panel of judges.

"Yes, he (said) Alhamdulillah, that is a statement because this is a process that we cannot interfere with," said Fahmi.

Fahmi added that Andre did not comment much and immediately continued his work. That reaction shows that this process has indeed become a mutual agreement.

"Andre also already knows because the first person I called when I received it was Andre. I said I received a decision and Andre's request has been granted, like that, yes," he said.

Although the decision has been made, this divorce process still has one more stage. Andre Taulany is required to pronounce the talak declaration in front of the panel of judges at the South Jakarta Religious Court.

"As soon as the decision has permanent legal force, the petitioner Andre must pronounce the divorce declaration in front of the panel of judges after the decision becomes final or has permanent legal force, we will be informed later," concluded Fahmi.
