Kapanlagi.com - Erdian Aji Prihartanto, known as Anji's legal counsel, Rendy Hasibuan, refuses to comment on the alleged affair committed by his client. Anji is suspected of having an affair with a woman named Juliette Angela.
"Regarding that matter, we do not understand and do not follow it because we are only given authority for the process in this religious court," said Rendy Hasibuan at the Religious Court (PA) Cibinong, Thursday (20/6/2024).
From this alleged affair, rumors emerged that Wina is filing for divorce from Anji due to the presence of a third party. However, Rendy Hasibuan refuses to comment on this matter as it is not his capacity to answer allegations of Anji's affair.
"I cannot answer everything because it is not my capacity, I only represent for this trial," he said.
Rendy Hasibuan once again did not answer about the alleged affair. He said it is better to focus on Anji and Wina's divorce trial.
"So let's respect and focus on this trial until it is finished. We are here only representing our client Anji for the trial. Thank you," said Rendy Hasibuan.
As known, the Religious Court (PA) Cibinong has just held a divorce trial for Anji and his wife, Wina Natalia. In today's trial, both Anji and Wina did not attend the trial.
Both are represented by their respective legal representatives. Rendy Hasibuan revealed the reason why Anji did not attend the trial.
"Anji didn't come because he has given us the power of attorney, so it's enough for us to represent Anji in the trial process," said Rendy Hasibuan.
Rendy Hasibuan said that today's session is scheduled for Anji's defense.
"Alhamdulillah, today the trial has taken place and concluded. Today's agenda is our defense. The next agenda is scheduled for June 27," he said.
Rendy added that they will wait until this process is completed and a final decision is issued for the legal verdict.
"For the content of the law, we just have to wait until this process is complete until a final decision is made. Maybe that's all we can convey," he concluded.
