Annisa Pohan has given birth to her second child, a boy, at the age of 44. The wife of Agus Yudhoyono had to wait quite a long time to have her second child after the birth of her first daughter named Almira Yudhoyono in 2008.
Almira Yudhoyono is 18 years apart from her younger brother who was born on March 29, 2026. In a YouTube channel, Annisa Pohan apparently underwent a series of programs for her second pregnancy. KLovers, let’s check it out here!
In 2018, Annisa and AHY first admitted that they were undergoing the second child pregnancy program through in vitro fertilization.
"I have actually been trying for in vitro fertilization. So the process has been long since 2018, and it has been very difficult for me to have an embryo and get it transferred," said Annisa via YouTube NGOBROL ASIX, quoted by KapanLagi.com on Tuesday (31/03).
During the in vitro fertilization program, Annisa admitted to surrendering to whatever the outcome may be. She feels that all her hopes of having a second child can only be realized by God's will.
"So I hope it happens, but I also prepare my mind that this is all up to God. Humans can only try, but the one who grants permission, approval, and spirit is God, so you must be ready if God does not allow it, it won't happen," continued the former radio broadcaster.
The IVF program that Annisa underwent initially yielded positive results. She was declared pregnant.Â
However, that happiness did not last long and turned into sadness. She had to face the reality that she experienced a miscarriage.
Despite that, Annisa still does not want to give up on having children again. She still hopes to soon receive Allah's blessing to be entrusted with being pregnant and giving birth to another child.
"I still want to try. I'll try again, who knows next time Allah will bless us, we don't know when the right time is. While waiting, I will focus on getting myself healthy first," she said.
After a long wait & effort, Annisa Pohan's efforts bore fruit. She is reported to have been pregnant for a few months by the end of 2025. At that time, her belly looked slightly bulging.Â
Annisa gave birth to a baby boy named Arjuna Hanyokrokusumo Yudhoyono on March 29, 2026.Â
