News about the marriage plans of celebrities is always an interesting topic to follow. This time, presenter and comedian Anwar Sanjaya, or more commonly known as Anwar BAB, spoke about the possibility of ending his bachelorhood next year.

Anwar does not deny the desire to marry and even asks for prayers from everyone. Seeing his peers one by one building their households, Anwar admits he is starting to think about taking similar steps.
"Just pray for it. Whatever we want, if I think about marriage, it is the longest form of worship, right? Especially now that all my friends are already married," said Anwar when met in the Tendean area, South Jakarta, Tuesday (26/8/2025).
Not only reflecting on his own desires, Anwar also playfully asked his friend, Ivan Gunawan, about the same topic. He recounted the moment he sent a message to the famous designer, especially since he noticed that Igun is now getting closer to God. Anwar also shared his brief conversation with the designer.
"Then this morning I chatted with Igun. I said, 'Igun, you’ve been on pilgrimage, right? But what is Igun doing now, so steadfast? I asked him, 'When are you getting married?' He replied, 'Why are you asking me about marriage?' Because I also have friends, especially since he is being very steadfast, that's how it is," he explained.

"Just pray for me, insyaallah if the match is there, I will marry her, I will go straight to her mother," said Anwar.
