Ari Wibowo is confident that the judge will not grant the demand for one billion 30 million alimony requested by Inge Anugerah

Kapanlagi.com - There is a development in the divorce process of senior actor Ari Wibowo with Inge Anugerah. Ari's side is confident that Inge's demand for alimony of one billion 30 million rupiah will be rejected by the panel of judges at the South Jakarta District Court.

"There is no evidence stating that there is an obligation from our client as the plaintiff to provide 5 million per month. That was not proven," said Ricky Saragih, one of Ari Wibowo's legal team, after the trial on Monday (17/7/2023).

"We are confident it will not be granted by the panel (of judges)," added Ricky Saragih.

1. According to the Pre-marital Agreement

Moreover, before getting married, Inge had already signed a prenuptial agreement with Ari Wibowo. In the agreement, there is a point that regulates the separation of assets.

"So, because there are no joint assets, we cannot give assets, because the assets are separate," said Haga Bangun, Ari Wibowo's legal counsel.

2. Inge Requests Alimony

Therefore, Inge's demand for alimony in the amount of Rp 5 million and calculated during the marriage with Ari is not strong enough. They believe that the judge will not grant it.

"So there is no fixed amount in a marital household where the husband must give Rp 5 million because the government also knows that the situation in each household is different," he concluded.

As has been widely discussed, during their seventeen years of marriage, Inge never received monthly alimony because she signed a prenuptial agreement before getting married. Inge finally filed a divorce lawsuit against Ari because she felt that she would have nothing after the divorce.
