"I haven't been told yet," said Sujud Sapar, one of Inge's legal team members after the hearing at the South Jakarta District Court on Monday (12/6/2023).

Even if it is true that Ari will lend one of his three apartments, Sujud is very disappointed. Moreover, Inge did not receive anything from the property that Ari had acquired during their marriage, because she had signed a prenuptial agreement.

"But if it were up to us, it shouldn't be borrowed, it should be given. If it's borrowed, it's temporary, if it's given, it's owned," said Sujud Sapar.

2. Fight to Get the Assets

Therefore, Inge is currently fighting for her client to receive assets from Ari during their marriage. Moreover, Inge now has nothing because she stopped working after getting married and became a housewife.

"That's what we're fighting for about this asset separation. Because asset separation is not the end of everything. Article 13 paragraph 20 can still be canceled," said Sujud.

In addition, Inge currently no longer drives a car like she used to. If she wants to go out, the mother of two children has to order an online taxi.
