Kapanlagi.com - Cosmetic entrepreneur, Dr. Oky Pratama, appeared as a witness in the defamation case of Shandy Purnamasari against the defendant Adrena Isa Zega at the District Court of Kepanjen, Malang Regency.
Dr. Oky Pratama, in his testimony at the trial, admitted to having provided Shandy Purnamasari's phone number to the defendant Isa Zega. He stated that he was contacted twice by Isa Zega, who requested the phone number of the wife of Gilang Widya Pramana, Juragan99.
"I provided it on October 11. I gave Shandy Purnamasari's number to Isa Zega with Shandy Purnamasari's approval," said Dr. Oky Pratama when asked by the Public Prosecutor (JPU) at the District Court of Kepanjen, Malang Regency, on Tuesday (4/8/2025).
Dr. Oky Pratama has known Isa Zega since 2019 because he helped promote her as a brand ambassador for his products. At that time, Dr. Oky Pratama said, Isa Zega contacted him to request Shandy Purnamasari's phone number for a discussion about a specific issue. However, the issue in question was not disclosed, nor did he ask Isa Zega about it.
Dr. Oky Pratama initially asked for permission from Shandy Purnamasari. However, at the first opportunity, she was not willing to provide the phone number.
Several days later, Isa Zega contacted Dr. Oky Pratama again to ask for Shandy's contact number that could be reached. Dr. Oky Pratama also asked for permission from Shandy again.
"What is this discussion about, Doc? It might be something important. Just give it, Doc, it's okay, just give it to Mami Isa Zega," he explained.
Dr. Oky Pratama was presented by the prosecutor as a witness in the defamation case against Shandy Purnamasari by Isa Zega. He was asked about the term 'Shaundhesip' in a post that led to Shandy Purnamasari reporting Adrena Isa Zega.
"If I used Instagram from my personal account, I never did; I saw it on TikTok, it was also in a message from Nikita Mirzani," he asserted.
After the hearing, Dr. Oky Pratama made a statement to reporters through his lawyer Ahmad Ramzy. He stated that they did not have much time because they had to catch a flight.
"I will explain what I concluded from the earlier trial, that the doctor (Dr. Oky Pratama) has explained in the trial. We respect the legal process, let the prosecutor charge with their indictment and let the defendant make their defense. Hopefully, this process will go well and provide the fairest punishment," said Ahmad Ramzy.
Meanwhile, Isa Zega assessed that the testimony provided by Dr. Oky Pratama is of a personal assumption. The testimony is considered beneficial to him.
"That’s an assumption. Just an assumption. So in my opinion, it's the same as before, it lightens my case. The witness from the public prosecutor, but more, 99 percent of it lightens my case," emphasized Isa Zega, accompanied by his lawyer, Elsa Syarief.
The law is based on facts and data, so it cannot be merely a personal assumption. The statement provided by Dr. Oky Pratama regarding 'Shaundhesip' related to Shandy Purnamasari is an assumption of the person concerned.
"He is only involved because he provided the phone, the other things he might be in the BAP, how come you don’t know?" added Elsa Syarief, questioning the witness. Meanwhile, Isa Zega's trial is held in a marathon session twice a week, every Tuesday and Wednesday.
