Ashanty's Struggle to Start a Business Amidst the Pandemic

Undoubtedly, Ashanty faced many difficulties and obstacles in managing her business, especially since Lu'miere was launched in 2019 when Indonesia was still affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.

However, until now his cake shop has survived until now. In fact, Lu'miere already has 16 outlets in several cities in Indonesia.

"It's been 4 years since it was established, alhamdulillah it is still trusted and there must be ups and downs," said Ashanty when met in the Cempaka Putih area, Central Jakarta, on Friday (8/3).

"The process was not easy because it was opened in the middle of a lockdown, almost wanted to close but after reopening, the sales were extraordinary," she continued.

Meanwhile, on the same occasion, Anang Hermansyah also admitted that his wife's cake business has gone through quite a difficult journey. Moreover, Ashanty herself always strives to prioritize quality and consumer taste.

"From a difficult process, if we are loyal to the process, Insha Allah the results will be appropriate," said Anang.

In addition, Anang also believes that Ashanty's taste buds are a gift from God. Because, whenever Ashanty tastes delicious food, anyone who tastes the same type of food will have the same opinion.

"You have to believe in Bunda's taste because she is very serious about the cake that will be served," he added.
