Fadel Islami started getting involved in politics since 2021. After a year of being a member of the National Mandate Party (PAN), Fadel finally ran in the 2024 Election.
Fadel announced himself as a legislative candidate from PAN since mid-2023. From there, he began campaigning in various areas in the province of Banten.
Not alone, Fadel was accompanied by his wife, Muzdalifah, who was always there for him. And the campaigns and efforts they made paid off.
Fadel Islami successfully obtained one seat in the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) after competing with several other candidates. This news was conveyed by PAN and also Muzdalifah.
"Alhamdulillah with the permission of Allah. Grateful prostration YRA My husband was elected to the Provincial Council of Banten," Muzdalifah wrote on her Instagram with joy.
Grateful because her husband was elected as a member of the council for the Provincial DPRD of Banten, Muzdalifah expressed her thanks to everyone who has entrusted their votes to her husband.
"Thank you to the city of Tangerang, 8 districts have sincerely chosen my husband & I ask for prayers for my husband to be trustworthy in carrying out his duties as a member of the Provincial DPRD of Banten," said Muzdalifah.
