Aska Ongi Reports Aliff Alli to the Police for Recording a Quarrel Without Permission

Kapanlagi.com - The dispute between Aska Ongi and her ex-husband actor Aliff Alli continues. This time, accompanied by her legal team, Aska Ongi reported Aliff Alli to the police for alleged unauthorized recording.

"Alhamdulillah today the official report from our client, Mrs. Aska, has been received by the police regarding the allegations of unauthorized recording and dissemination," said Sunan Kalijaga, Aska Ongi's legal representative, when met at the Jakarta Metropolitan Police, Thursday (4/6).

1. Recording Content of Child Custody Dispute

The recording in question is the argument between Aliff Alli and Aska Ongi during their dispute over their child. The recording was apparently aired on one of the infotainment shows some time ago.

"I saw it (the recording) on one of the infotainment shows. It happened on November 21 when he came to the house, there was no appointment, he suddenly came to the house to fight for the child," said Aska Ongi.

"The conversation about the child's custody was only there, it seemed like he was talking very nicely and everything was well organized. I was already very emotional at that point, I panicked," he continued.

2. Charges Imposed

Aska Ongi reported Aliff Alli under Article 40 of the Indonesian Law No. 36 of 1999 regarding telecommunications and Article 31 of the Information and Electronic Transactions Law.

"That is Article 40 of Law No. 36 of 1999 regarding telecommunications and Article 31 of the Information and Electronic Transactions Law, where Article 40 carries a penalty of 15 years and Article 31 carries a penalty of 10 years and a fine of Rp.800 million," explained Aska Ongi's lawyer, Ery Kertanegara.

"So basically, there is an attempt to manipulate public opinion to make our client appear as if she is a bad mother," concluded Nahak Agustunis, another lawyer representing Aska Ongi.
