Asri Welas Files for Divorce from Her Husband, Requests Child Custody and Asset Division

Kapanlagi.com - Asri Welas has officially filed for divorce from her husband, Galiech Ridha Rahardja, at the Depok Religious Court in West Java, on November 5, 2024. The spokesperson for the Depok Religious Court, Samsudin SH, did not provide further details regarding the reasons behind the lawsuit.

"We cannot disclose the contents of the lawsuit to the public yet as this is still in the trial stage," said Samsudin at the Depok Religious Court (PA), Tuesday (26/11/2024).

In her lawsuit, Asri Welas is known to be requesting child custody as well as the division of shared assets they own.

"Yes, the essence is the divorce request and then child custody. The essence is the divorce request, then child custody, and the division of joint assets," said Samsudin.

Regarding the division of assets, Samsudin explained that Asri and Galiech have reached a mutual agreement, which is now waiting for confirmation from the court.

"For the joint assets in the lawsuit, it has been stated that an agreement has been reached. In court, the legality is requested," he explained.

2. Different Addresses

Samsudin also revealed that based on the documents submitted, Asri and Galiech's addresses are now different, indicating they have long been separated in residence.

"They have separated. We see in the lawsuit that it already shows different addresses, which means they have separated in residence," he stated.

3. Married in 2007

Asri Welas and Galiech got married in 2007 and were blessed with three sons. Their first child, Rajwa Gilbram Ridha Rahardja, was born in 2009, followed by Rayyan Gibran in 2017, and Renzo Gibrar in 2019.
