Attending Divorce Proceedings, Nindy Ayunda: I Will Speak Later

Kapanlagi.com - The divorce proceedings of Nindy Ayunda and Askara Parasady Harsono were held again at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Wednesday (3/1). If Nindy was absent in the previous hearing, this time she was present. However, unfortunately, after the hearing, Nindy did not want to say much and left it to her lawyers.

"I can't say anything yet, it will be discussed with my lawyer," said Nindy when met at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Wednesday (3/1/2021).

1. Postponed Hearing

The mediation hearing had to be postponed because Askara did not attend. "Not yet, I can't say anything. There are no results yet. Because the hearing is still postponed. Yes, there was a delay, there were some issues," said Nindy. 

"The mediation is pending until next week, on the 10th. Because Askara is not present and is still represented by legal counsel, where the panel requested a special power of attorney. So next week, on the 10th, the next mediation will take place, and the results of the mediation will be reported on February 17 to determine whether the case will continue or not," explained Nindy's legal counsel, Herman Y Simarmata. 

2. Nindy Promises to Speak

Until now, Nindy has refused to speak about the problems in her marriage. The same goes for the domestic violence she experienced. However, she promises to speak someday.

"I promise I will speak. I will speak so that the news doesn't go anywhere. Just wait because I can't speak now," she concluded.
