Audy Item Responds to Police Summons Regarding Iko Uwais Case, Asks for Prayers

Kapanlagi.com - Singer Audy Item responded to a summons from the Metro Bekasi Kota Police on Tuesday (6/21/2022). The singer of the song 'Menangis Semalam' was questioned as a witness in a case involving allegations of assault by her husband, Iko Uwais, against a man named Rudi.

Arriving at 1:15 PM, Audy did not give many statements to the media. The mother of two children went straight into the room of the Metro Bekasi Kota Police investigator.

"Assalamualaikum. Let's talk later after the questioning is over," said Audy.

While walking towards the Metro Bekasi Kota Police investigator's room, the singer of the song 'Menangis Semalam' also asked for prayers for a smooth questioning process.

"Please pray for me," said Audy Item.

In this case, the police have already questioned five witnesses, including Iko Uwais and Firmansyah as the suspect. Previously, on Friday (6/17/2022), Iko Uwais and Firmansyah were already questioned at the Metro Bekasi Kota Police. The actor from 'The Raid' was questioned because of allegations of assault against Rudi.

The report was registered with the number LP/B/1737/VI/2022/SPKT: Sat Reskrim/Polres Metro Bekasi Kota/Polda Metro Jaya. Feeling slandered, Iko Uwais reported Rudi to the Polda Metro Jaya for alleged defamation.

Iko Uwais reported Rudi under Article 351 of the Criminal Code concerning Assault and Articles 310 and 311 of the Criminal Code concerning Defamation.
