"Oh, I have had a boyfriend for a long time. It's been a while," said Aura Kasih when met in the Senayan area, Central Jakarta, on Saturday (1/8/2026).
The singer of the song Mari Bercinta admits that her new boyfriend is not from the entertainment industry in the country, but rather a mixed or foreign descent. She states that this is not a specific criterion, but merely a coincidence.
"No, it just happened like that. It turned out to be a mix," she said.
Interestingly, her boyfriend has already been introduced to Arabella, Aura's only daughter from her marriage to Eryck Amaral. Aura mentioned that their relationship is already very close.
"Enough, enough. Everything has been let go," she said.
Aura also explained how her daughter reacted to the presence of the man in their lives. According to her, Bella, as Arabella is affectionately called, is already very close to her boyfriend.
"What’s Bella's response like? Oh, very close, extremely close," she explained.
Although the relationship has been going on for a long time and is approved by the child, Aura admitted that she is not yet brave enough to confirm when she will take the step towards marriage. She only hopes that everything goes according to God's plan.
"Just pray for me, insyaAllah. If there is a way, then yes," she concluded.
