Bali Regional Police Rejects Jerinx SID's Request for Detention Postponement, Here's the Reason..

Kapanlagi.com - Jerinx is currently detained after writing a controversial statement 'IDI kacung WHO' on his IG story. Upon investigation, Jerinx's arrest has sparked a huge controversy, with many defending the drummer from Superman Is Dead.

Jerinx's family has submitted a request for detention postponement to the police. As reported by Liputan6.com, the Bali Regional Police apparently cannot grant the request for certain reasons.

"The postponement is rejected. The reason is because it is feared that (Jerinx SID) will repeat his actions," said Bali Regional Police Head of Public Relations, Commissioner Pol Syamsi when confirmed at the Bali Regional Police, Denpasar, on Tuesday (18/8/2020).

This case is still under further investigation. Next, 3 witnesses submitted by Jerinx will undergo questioning. They are the duo personnel of SID, Eka Rock and Boby Cool, as well as their manager, Ngurah.

"Our presence is to explain who Jerinx really is," said Boby.

"We know Jerinx's character very well, he has no intention of demeaning anyone or any group, we know him very well, we have been together for 25 years, not just friends, but we are family," continued Eka.

That day also coincided with the 25th anniversary of the band SID. Therefore, Eka and Boby were also present to celebrate it with Jerinx, whom they already considered as their own family.

"We brought clothes for Jerinx, because today is the 25th anniversary of SID, later in the afternoon, we will also distribute free food as we did before," added Eka.
