BCL Reveals Ashraf Sinclair's Last Gift Was Not a Diamond or Expensive Bag, Just an Empty Book and Meaningful Pen

BCL still remembers the last birthday gift given by the late Ashraf. The gift was not a diamond or an expensive bag, but an empty book and a pen. She revealed this on her Youtube channel It's Me BCL on Saturday (13/2).

1. Not a Diamond

At that time, she was 36 years old. The unusual gift was given suddenly.

"In 2019, on my birthday, usually Ashraf likes to buy me a bag, buy me a diamond, buy me whatever. Suddenly, what did he give me? He bought me a book," explained BCL.

2. Write Your Own Destiny

The star of the movie HABIBIE & AINUN did not expect that gift. Apparently, Ashraf gave those 2 things as a symbol of how BCL has the power to write her own destiny.

"He gave me a book that he wrote inside, he said the essence is 'you must be confused why the gift is like this. I also thought of buying you whatever things you loved. But i decided, I want to give you this. This book and pen, consider this book as it's your life. This pen is like your power. So you can write your own destiny'," explained BCL.

3. Continuously Held

He kept holding onto the book while Ashraf was gone, even though previously, the singer of the song Cinta Sejati had never touched the book.

"That's what I'm holding, when Ashraf is not around, I'm holding it. I never touch the book because I don't like writing. That's the book I'm writing now," BCL continued.

4. Simple Yet Meaningful

The simple and small gift turned out to have a great meaning for BCL. According to her, it is the most special gift from Ashraf besides Noah and one book of Ashraf's life journey before meeting BCL.
