In addition to the proceeds from the auction of his yellow shirt, Lutfi also conducted a fundraising campaign, and the funds from the auction and campaign will be donated to the Indonesian Children Cancer Foundation (YKAKI).

"I want to prove the transparency of the program that I have been running for the past 14 days, where I created a movement in donation for our siblings in YKAKI, and Alhamdulillah today I handed over, transparently, symbolically, the print out of the bank BNI to the finance department of YKAKI and my savings," said Lutfi Agizal when met at YKAKI, Central Jakarta, on Monday (21/9).

1. Donation from Lutfi

Representatives from YKAKI confirmed the donation given by Lutfi. It was later revealed that the viral yellow shirt auctioned by Lutfi was sold for Rp 1.2 million.

"Today, Mr. Lutfi came to YKAKI to deliver a cash donation," said Mr. Jati, a representative from the foundation.

"In this donation, Lutfi also auctioned his viral shirt, totaling Rp 6.8 million, consisting of Rp 1.2 million from the shirt auction and Rp 5.6 million from donations collected from the community," said one of the YKAKI representatives.

2. Expensive Purchase of the Shirt

In addition, Lutfi himself admitted that he did not expect his viral shirt to be bought by Uya Kuya at a high price. He also recounted the time when his yellow shirt was initially bought with monopoly money.

"Alhamdulillah, I didn't expect it at all. Initially, the bid was 3 million, but someone paid with monopoly money, so I had to rebid or restart the bidding," said Lutfi.

"Then last night around 8 pm, Uya Kuya TV bid 1.2 million, I verified it with my team and it was true. I tried to call Mr. Uya (he didn't answer), maybe he's busy, we'll try again later," he continued.

3. Thanking Uya Kuya

Lutfi also admitted that his yellow shirt was sold at a price higher than his expectations. He also expressed his gratitude to Uya Kuya.

"The number that I never expected because I bought it below that, below Rp 350,000, with that capital I tried more," concluded Lutfi. "

"Alhamdulillah, it sold for Rp 1.2 million. And it was accepted by Uya Kuya TV and purchased officially. I am grateful to Uncle Uya Kuya for promoting this. Because this bit is for donation," he added.
