Kapanlagi.com - Irwansyah's luxurious house located in South Tangerang was searched by the Bogor District Prosecutor's Office on Thursday (13/1/2022). This search was conducted to find additional evidence related to the suspect Hafiz Fatur, who is Irwansyah's brother.
"Today we conducted this search to find additional evidence in our investigation. With this additional evidence, we can strengthen our case," said Dodi Wiraatmadja, the Special Criminal Case Section Head of the Bogor District Prosecutor's Office, in South Tangerang on Thursday (13/1/2022).
"Because HF was living in his brother's house, which is Irwansyah's house," added Dodi.

From the search results, the Bogor District Prosecutor's Office found several new pieces of evidence, including bank account books and several certificates as well as land purchase and sale documents in the name of Hafiz Fatur.
"We found additional evidence, namely several assets owned by Hafiz Fatur Rahman, including bank account books, several certificates, and land purchase and sale documents in the name of Hafiz," he said.

After conducting the search and finding several additional pieces of evidence, the Bogor District Prosecutor's Office also seized the luxury house.
"Regarding the seizure of this house, it is because we, as investigators, found evidence that the person in question has assets in the Tangsel area," he said.

It is known that Irwansyah's younger brother, Hafiz Fatur, has been declared a suspect and also listed as a Wanted Person (DPO) by the District Attorney's Office of Bogor Regency. He is involved in a case of alleged corruption of Briguna facilities at Bank BRI Branch Office (KCP) Tegar Beriman with a state loss of Rp 3.1 billion.
In addition to this case, Hafiz Fatur is also reported by his older brother for alleged document forgery.

"HF is currently still a wanted person and we ask HF to immediately resolve the examination related to the district attorney's office," he concluded.
