Before Being Examined by the Police for Protesting PPKM Extension by Wearing a Bikini, Dinar Candy Undergoes Urine Test

Kapanlagi.com - Artist Dinar Candy responds to the extension of the Implementation of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) with a controversial action. On Wednesday (8/4/2021), she daringly took to the streets wearing a red two-piece bikini while holding a sign that read 'I'm Stressed Because PPKM is Extended'.

The action, which was uploaded to her personal Instagram, caused a stir. Several hours after taking to the streets, the 28-year-old woman was arrested by the South Jakarta Metro Police.

According to the Head of Public Relations of the Jakarta Metropolitan Police, Kombes Pol Yusri Yunus, Dinar was arrested while at a friend's house in the Fatmawati area, South Jakarta. She then underwent questioning at around 9:30 PM and as of the time of this news release, the questioning is still ongoing.

"There is a viral video of DC on social media. In response to this, the South Jakarta Metro Police conducted an investigation and successfully apprehended DC, also known as DM, in the Fatmawati area. When DC came out of her friend's house, we arrested her for questioning," said Yusri during a press conference on Thursday (8/5/2021).

1. Undergo Urine Test

Before undergoing the examination process, the South Jakarta Metro Police implemented health protocols on Dinar Candy. Not only that, this beautiful DJ also underwent a urine test to ensure whether the person used drugs or not.

"When entering here, we conducted an antigen swab test and the person tested negative. We also conducted a urine test on the person and the result was also negative. Usually, we check (urine) according to the existing procedures," added Yusri.

From the examination results, the police secured evidence in the form of two mobile phones belonging to Dinar. The phones were used to record and post protest actions on Instagram.

"These are the pieces of evidence, two mobile phones belonging to Ms. DM alias DC. Her sister is still a witness because her sister recorded the video based on DC's orders. But it was Ms. DC herself who uploaded everything on her Instagram account," Yusri concluded.
