Before His Death, Ashraf Sinclair Practiced at a Gym Near His House the Night Before

Before his death, on February 17, 2020 at 18:30 WIB in the evening, it turns out that Ashraf Sinclair had done Crossfit exercises to reduce cardio on his body.

1. Went to the Gym

This was confirmed by one of the administrative staff of Gym Niscala, which is located not far from his home in the Pejaten area, South Jakarta, (18/2) Tuesday afternoon, where Ashraf usually trains.

"Last night he was still here (at the gym) training," said one of the staff.

2. Feeling Unbelievable

According to him, in one month, the husband of the singer of the song Pernah Muda usually does Crossfit exercise 4 times a month. Like everyone else, he also couldn't believe it when he heard the news of Ashraf Sinclair's passing.

"In this month, he has been here four times. I really didn't expect it (his passing), he was still training and joking around here all night," he said.

Ashraf Sinclair passed away this morning at MMC Kuningan Hospital at 04:51 AM, South Jakarta, allegedly due to a heart attack. Currently, the body has departed to San Diego Hills Public Cemetery (TPU) for burial, which will be his final resting place.
