Being a Witness to Ayu Ting Ting's Sister's Wedding, Eko Patrio: Her Sister's Wedding Was Cancelled, Now I'm a Witness

Kapanlagi.com - The wedding of Ayu Ting Ting's sister, Assyifa Nuraini, and Nanda Fachrizal was also attended by Eko Patrio and his wife. The sacred event was held at Hotel Margo, Depok, West Java, on Sunday (20/2).

He revealed that the atmosphere of Syifa and Nanda's wedding ceremony was quite emotional. Syifa's parents, Abdul Rozak and Umi Kalsum, couldn't hold back their tears. Seeing many family members crying, Eko Patrio was also moved.

"Many people were sad, many were crying. Because for me, she is Ayu's youngest sister. So everyone is happy and sad," said Eko Patrio.

"Father Rozak also cried when Syifa asked for permission (to get married), it was sad. Umi also cried next to me, so I ended up crying too. So for me, it was solemn and sad," he continued.

Not only as a regular wedding guest, Eko Patrio became a witness to the bride's side. He also revealed his reason for wanting to be a witness to Ayu Ting Ting's sister's wedding.

"I have known Ayu for decades. Then when Ayu's wedding was canceled before, she asked me to help with everything. So when 'Om Eko Syifa wants to get married' yesterday, her sister couldn't do it, so I became the witness," he said.

"Because it was done with one breath, Alhamdulillah, as a witness, when asked by the officiator, I said it was valid," Eko Patrio continued.

2. Eko Patrio Gives Advice

The comedian also gave advice to Syifa and Nanda on how to maintain a lasting married life.

"When I talked to Syifa, I said that as a husband and wife, they should complement each other, support each other, respect each other, not just focus on their own ego but think about how to make the relationship last. Just be bound by marriage," said Eko Patrio.

3. Prayer for Quick Pregnancy

Eko Patrio and Viona Rosalina also pray for Syifa and Nanda to become a harmonious family and quickly have a child.

"Both of us congratulate Syifa and Nanda on embarking on a new life as a harmonious, loving, and steadfast family," said Viona Rosalina.

"May you have a lasting and quickly blessed with a cute and useful child for the nation and the country," concluded Eko Patrio.

Assyifa Nuraini officially married Nanda Fachrizal at Hotel Margo, Depok, West Java, on Sunday (20/2). She received a dowry in the form of 23.4 grams of gold jewelry and cash amounting to Rp2,022,022.

Their wedding was only attended by close family and relatives. Nevertheless, the festive atmosphere was felt during the solemnization and reception.
