As a son, Doddy regrets not being able to fulfill his father's wish to meet the late Vanessa Angel's child until the end of his life.
"That's what I regret, at the end of his life, he couldn't meet his grandchild. We used to meet during Eid," said Doddy Sudrajat at TPU Malaka, East Jakarta, on Friday (18/2/2022).

Actually, Doddy Sudrajat had wanted to fulfill his father's wish to meet his grandchild. Some time ago, Doddy and his legal counsel visited Haji Faisal's house.
Doddy's visit was intended to take Gala Sky for a walk to tourist attractions with his great-grandfather. Unfortunately, Doddy's wish to bring his grandchild failed because he was not allowed by Haji Faisal, who has been taking care of Vanessa's child and Bibi Ardiansyah.

"At that time, I went to Mr. Faisal's family's house, planning to invite Gala to play. The schedule was to go to Ancol, the mall, and I invited Gala to go to his grandfather's grave to see Vanessa's child. I also wanted to take photos to capture memories with Gala," he said.

Since he couldn't fulfill his father's wish, Doddy Sudrajat plans to bring Gala Sky to his ancestor's grave. This is one of the ways Doddy is trying to fulfill his beloved father's wish.
"As for Daddy, the opportunity to meet is wide open, we just need to discuss it with Mr. Faisal's family. God willing, I will fulfill his wish by taking Gala to Vanessa's grandfather's grave," said Doddy Sudrajat.

Haji Abas Sabri took his last breath at his residence in Kemayoran, Central Jakarta, on Thursday (17/2/2022). Haji Abas Sabri passed away at the age of 91.
Doddy Sudrajat stated that his father passed away due to old age.

"Thank God, my father is healthy and has no history of any illness. He passed away because of old age. So, for the past three years, his eyesight has been deteriorating. His hearing and memory are also not good anymore," concluded Doddy Sudrajat.
