Chronology of Dorce Gamalama's Death, Vomiting - Admitted to the Hospital Still Negative for Covid

Kapanlagi.com - Famous presenter Dorce Gamalama passed away at Pertamina Central Hospital (RSPP) Simprug, South Jakarta, on Wednesday (16/2/2022). Dorce's niece, Artati, revealed that before being taken to the hospital, the presenter from Solok experienced indigestion and vomiting.

"On Saturday, the 4th, Mama went to Lubang Buaya and didn't inform anyone. When she arrived home, Mama had indigestion, vomited, and was taken to RSPP. Her condition was still conscious on Saturday night, she could still have a conversation even though it wasn't coherent. She tested negative," said Artati at RSPP Simprug, South Jakarta, on Wednesday (16/2/2022).

However, two days after experiencing vomiting, Dorce's condition deteriorated. In fact, the Hantu Biang Kerok actor lost consciousness. This was known by Dorce's youngest son, named Abu. From there, the family immediately took Dorce to Pertamina Central Hospital.

"She was still conscious on Sunday. Monday morning, Abu, her youngest son, informed us that she had lost consciousness and didn't respond when called. She didn't respond even when pinched. Her condition dropped on Monday morning. The doctor examined her and found a virus in her lungs through an X-ray, and it was confirmed positive," said Artati.

2. Asking for the Room in Lubang Buaya to be Cleaned

Before taking his last breath, Dorce Gamalama often talked about death. Not only that, Dorce also instructed his children to clean up his residence in the Lubang Buaya area, East Jakarta.

"We consider death as something uncertain. Mama's request is to clean up the room in Lubang Buaya. During Mama's illness, she stayed in Jatibening. Please clean it up in Lubang Buaya because Mama will be buried and laid to rest there," he said.

Artati was deeply saddened to hear the news of Dorce's departure forever. She admitted feeling the loss of Dorce Gamalama's presence. In Artati's eyes, Dorce Gamalama was a mother figure who always taught kindness to others.

"Mama was kind, always loving towards her children, really good in general. She always taught us kindness, religious practices, always a priority. Maintaining good relationships with family, friends, and companions. Mama had many friends who supported and helped her. Like daily advice, just like a parent advising their child," said Artati.

As a representative of the family, Artati apologizes to the wider community if her mother had any mistakes during her lifetime.

"On behalf of my family, my nieces, children, and cousins, I apologize to friends if there were any mistakes made by Mama. Whether intentional or unintentional, I sincerely apologize. I express my gratitude to Mama's colleagues and friends. Thank you for your prayers, assistance, and support. Everyone has visited Mama. I apologize on behalf of Mama," Artati concluded.
