Roy Kiyoshi can't sleep because he receives many flashes about what will happen. This kind of effect is said to be commonly experienced by people who have similar abilities.
"There must be a personal disturbance for everyone who has it, like me, I can't sleep every night. Well, if I see something unpleasant, I feel sad too," explained the 34-year-old man.
Because of his insomnia, Roy Kiyoshi has his own way to not disturb his health. Like maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
"Even though I can't sleep, I still have to maintain a healthy lifestyle, drink milk, eat fruit. Usually, when I have insomnia, I use it to read books," concluded the man born in Jakarta.
