Billy Syahputra Reveals the Reason for Not Showing His Child's Face to the Public

"Later, God willing, friends. An opportunity for friends, if there is a birthday for Dede bule, we will let you know what Billy and Vika's child is like," said Billy Syahputra when met in the Kuningan area, South Jakarta, Saturday (27/6).

The younger brother of the late Olga Syahputra explained that the decision is related to the family's mental readiness, especially his wife. According to Billy, Vika still needs time to be truly ready to face various public responses.

"As for now, I might have talked about it a few times, maybe because of one reason or another that cannot be expressed why it has to be kept secret, because it is really not the right time," he said.

Billy admits to having concerns about negative comments on social media. He believes that even adults can feel hurt by unpleasant comments.

"Can you imagine how an adult feels when they receive unpleasant comments? How about our children who have done nothing wrong?" Billy expressed.

According to the 35-year-old presenter, he does not want his child to become a target of negative comments from netizens. He also considers Vika's mental condition, which he believes is not yet fully prepared.  "I'm afraid, you know how netizens are, like with famous artists in Indonesia, what did their children do to be insulted like this or that?" he said.

Billy emphasized that this decision does not mean he will forever hide his child's face. He opened the possibility of introducing his little one to the public at the right time. "Later, when the time is right, insya Allah the media friends will know as well," said Billy.

When asked if his child's first birthday would be the right time to show the child's face, Billy only asked for the best prayers from everyone. "Insya Allah, just pray for us," concluded Billy.
