Doctor Richard Lee provided clarification regarding the quality of his beauty products that have been a mainstay for his loyal patients.
The legal representatives stated that the complainant actually purchased the products from a third-party store that has no official relationship with the doctor’s management.
Richard Lee guarantees that his clinic and official online store always provide maximum service to the entire community without time constraints.
"We are grateful that today we have submitted an exception objection, which we conveyed yesterday that we are here with good intentions to settle this matter according to its merits," said Dr. Faizal when met at the Tangerang District Court, Thursday (25/6/2026).
"Doctor Richard also has no connection whatsoever with this account and this person. The money from the purchase does not flow to Dr. Richard. So someone buys from here, then buys from this Rachel Shop account, and then it is considered that Dr. Richard committed a crime," he said.
"My clinic is open every day, my online store is also open every day. There are no closures at all. You can buy until midnight, and we will still serve you," he said.
The background of this issue stems from allegations of excessive claims on Salmon DNA products reported by an influencer named Samira Farahnaz.
The doctor suspects that there are individuals manipulating the product because the reporter bought it from a place that cannot be held accountable for its authenticity.
"And there was no unboxing when this Graba Shop account made the purchase. So we don’t know whose item this is, whose product it is, or how authentic it is. There is no comparison," he stated.
"The support from the family is extraordinary. I will reveal everything one by one. This is just a small part that I find odd and very strange," he said.
