Blood Sugar Reaches 600, Bang Madit Now Adopts a Healthier Lifestyle

Ramdhani Hasbullah, better known as Bang Madit, experienced a spike in blood sugar levels up to 600 during Ramadan. This condition required him to be hospitalized. Now, the actor known for his role in the Islamic soap opera KTP is adopting a healthier lifestyle.

"Yes, thank God after leaving the hospital, I have been really protected and given advice by the doctor," said Bang Madit when met in the Merdeka Barat area, Central Jakarta, Thursday (27/3/2025). Check out more! If not now, when?

The man born on January 6, 1965, admitted that an irregular lifestyle was one of the main causes of his blood sugar spike.

"It might be the accumulation of diseases over the years that finally exploded on the fifth day of Ramadan," he explained.

After leaving the hospital, Bang Madit began to discipline himself in maintaining his diet and rest. He also reduced his consumption of chemical medications and preferred to adopt a healthy lifestyle.

"Actually, if we talk about chemical medications, Bang Qubil is also a bit reduced, never followed. The most important thing is to keep tightening the lifestyle and maintain consistency," he said.

Bang Madit has also accustomed himself to breaking his fast in a healthier way, such as drinking warm water and reducing heavy food consumption.

"So now the term for fasting is alhamdulillah, breaking the fast with warm water first, a glass of warm water, after that eating three dates," he said.

His health condition is now improving. He even claims to have lost almost five kilograms after adopting a healthy lifestyle.

"I’ve lost almost five kilos. So I’m really slim now, my face has also become very thin," he said.

Bang Madit is also grateful because he can still gather with family during Ramadan and hopes that his health continues to improve.
