Boiyen's Husband Threatened with 4 Years in Prison for Alleged Embezzlement

Rully Anggi Akbar (RAA), the husband of artist Boiyen, now has to face the law. He has officially been reported to the Metro Jaya Police for alleged fraud and embezzlement of investment funds totaling Rp 400 million. The threat of punishment he faces is serious.

The report has been registered with the number STTLP/B/109/I/2026/SPKT/POLDA METRO JAYA. The complainant's attorney, Surya Hamdani, explained that the articles charged against RAA are Articles 378 and 372 of the Criminal Code.

Both articles regulate crimes of fraud and embezzlement, with a maximum prison sentence of four years."The LP number is STTLP/B/109/I/2026/SPKT/POLDA METRO JAYA. The articles charged have been conveyed, it's a fraud case. Article 378 and Article 372. The threat is 4 years, yes," explained Surya at SPKT Polda Metro Jaya, Tuesday (06/01/2026).

This report is supported by a number of strong pieces of evidence that have been submitted to the investigator. The evidence includes an investment proposal, proof of fund transfer to RAA's personal account, and a cooperation agreement signed by both parties.

"The evidence we submitted, the first is the proposal from RAA. And the second is proof of transfer, yes, proof of transfer. And the third is in the form of an agreement, yes," revealed Surya.

Surya also highlighted the irregularities in the flow of investment funds. The investment funds should have been deposited into the account of the CV company that oversees the culinary business.

However, the fact is that the funds were transferred to RAA's personal account, which strengthens the suspicion of malicious intent."If that agreement is to be valid, it should be in the company account, because it is under the name of the CV. This is a personal account. That alone is enough," he asserted.

The reporting party hopes that this legal process can proceed objectively and provide a deterrent effect. They want to ensure that there are no more victims experiencing similar fates due to being lured by non-transparent investments.
