Mansyur S's Wife Passed Away While Being Fed

Kapanlagi.com - Deep sorrow is enveloping the family of senior dangdut singer Mansyur S. His beloved wife, Hj. Rosidah binti Ismail, has just passed away at the age of 75. The departure of this highly respected mother occurred very suddenly but peacefully at her home.

The late mother's son, Irvan Mansyur, detailed the chronology of his mother's passing. According to his account, Hj. Rosyida passed away in the morning while the family was providing regular attention. There were no emergency signs visible just moments before the emotional event took place.

At that time, the family was accompanying the deceased, who had been ill for a long time. Irvan recounted that the last moments of his mother occurred while she was sitting in a wheelchair and enjoying a bite of her food.

"So, she passed away around 9 in the morning. She was being fed, being spoon-fed... Suddenly, maybe about two or three more bites left, suddenly in that wheelchair, she was just gone, like that. Just like that," said Irvan Mansyur at the funeral home on Monday (5/12/2025).

1. The Family Has Given Their Best

Although feeling an immense sense of loss, the family admits they have tried their best for the late mother's recovery. Irvan mentioned that his mother's seemingly peaceful departure was a blessing amidst the grief that enveloped them.

"But hopefully, she was given ease in her passing too. God willing, hopefully it was like that," he said.

2. Rosida's Condition Has Deteriorated

Previously, Hj. Rosyida's health condition had indeed deteriorated drastically in the past few months. This made the deceased unable to engage in her usual activities and only able to lie down or sit in a wheelchair with the help of her children.

"There have been many signs. Indeed, for the past three or four months, she has been lying in bed, unable to walk. So we care for her in a lying position or we sit her in a wheelchair. Yes, it's like that," Irvan explained.

3. Family Pays Last Respects

The family has now gathered at the funeral home to pay their last respects. Irvan emphasized that the entire extended family has been by the side of the deceased from her last moments until the funeral procession.

"Yes, we gathered there earlier. It happens to be not far from here, so we just went back and forth," he said.
