Both Absent from the First Trial, Legal Representatives Say Raiden and Tyas Mirasih Still Communicate Well

Kapanlagi.com - The couple Tyas Mirasih and Raiden Soedjono have just undergone their first divorce trial at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Monday (16/8/2021). This trial has the agenda of document examination and mediation. However, both Tyas Mirasih and Raiden Soedjono did not attend the trial. 

"Today is still the first trial, mediation, and this party (Tyas Mirasih) has not come," said Bernard Pasaribu, Raiden Soedjono's legal representative at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Monday (16/8/2021).

Bernard Pasaribu said that his client is still in good communication with the 34-year-old woman.

"As legal representatives, we will carry out everything according to the procedure, and our client and Tyas are still communicating well, even though they are still living together until this divorce petition is filed, even though their marriage is not good and incompatible," he said.

1. Reasons for Divorce

So, what caused Tyas Mirasih and Raiden Soedjono to divorce? According to Bernard Pasaribu, both of them agreed to separate amicably. 

"Our client and Tyas agreed to separate and there are no issues. Including regarding marital assets, as explained by the PA Jaksel spokesperson here, the marital assets were handed over to Tyas according to the agreement," he said.

Previously reported, Tyas Mirasih officially married Raiden Soedjono at Plataran Cilandak, South Jakarta, on Saturday (8/7/2017). During their four years of marriage, Tyas Mirasih and Raiden Soedjono were very harmonious. There were no negative rumors in their household.

In their four years of marriage, Tyas Mirasih and Raiden Soedjono have not been blessed with a child. Tyas Mirasih's husband, Raiden Soedjono, filed for divorce at the South Jakarta Religious Court on August 3, 2021, through ecourt. Raiden Soedjono's divorce petition against Tyas Mirasih is registered with case number 2663/PDT.G/2021/PA.JS.
