Burst Blood Vessels, Dallas Pratama Reborn - Only Remembering His Wife When Waking Up From Coma

Kapanlagi.com - Dallas Pratama has been missing from circulation for some time. Apparently, for the past two years, he has been undergoing treatment after experiencing a recurrence of swelling in the blood vessels of his left brain.

As is known, the actor of several feature films once fell into a coma due to swollen blood vessels that burst in 2015. When he finally woke up, he experienced side effects such as memory loss.

After recovering, in 2018, his blood vessels swelled again, requiring him to undergo coiling treatment. Coiling is a process of inserting a coil through a blood vessel access to block it from entering the aneurysm sac that had previously burst.

Recently, Dallas expressed his gratitude for being healed. He advised people to start living a healthy lifestyle by not smoking, as it is one of the causes.

"Lifestyle must be healthy. Take care of your food, don't smoke, and get enough rest. If there is extra fortune, have regular check-ups before it becomes like what happened to me yesterday," said Dallas at the National Brain Center Hospital, Cawang area, East Jakarta, on Thursday (16/9/2021).

Dallas Pratama also shared his story when he woke up from a coma after his blood vessels burst in 2015. He felt like being born again because he couldn't remember anything except his wife.

"It feels like being born again. Because I can't remember anything. I only remember a little, which is my wife because she was there before the incident. I feel like resetting everything, like a newborn, learning to walk, remembering," said Dallas.

Dr. Abrar Arham, who handled Dallas Pratama's healing process, revealed how fortunate his condition is now. Because if it weren't for a miracle, the bursting of blood vessels could have resulted in a fatal outcome, namely death.

"The bursting of blood vessels is not an easy recovery process. If it bursts, it can cause disability, paralysis, or death. That's why with such a risk, it must be treated before it bursts. The triggering factors are hypertension and smoking. To control high blood pressure, you can maintain it with a healthy diet and lifestyle," he concluded.
