Chronology of Atta Halilintar's Father Reported to the Police by His Second Ex-Wife, Claims His Child is Neglected and Not Supported

Kapanlagi.com - The Atta Halilintar family has recently become the talk of netizens. It all started with accusations from a Facebook account claiming that Atta's mother, Geni Faruk, is a fraud, to the news that his father, Halilintar Anofial Asmid, actually had two wives.

The woman claiming to be Halilintar Anofial Asmid's second wife is named Happy Hariadi. From her testimony, it is known that they were married on April 21, 1998, and divorced on March 6, 2006.

1. Report Atta Halilintar's Father

There were rumors that Happy intended to report her ex-husband to the police. When confirmed to the South Jakarta Police, it turned out that there was indeed a report in the name of Happy Hariadi represented by her lawyer, Dedek Gunawan.

"Oh, so it's true that we, the South Jakarta Metropolitan Police, received a police report by Dedek Gunawan as the attorney for sister Happy," said the PPA Kanit of the South Jakarta Police, Monday (31/8).

2. Child Denied Recognition

From Happy's report, it is known that the problem started when Atta Halilintar's father did not acknowledge their child from their marriage. The child, who is now 17 years old, is also neglected and not provided with support.

"She reported because her child, the child of Halilintar with Happy, did not receive recognition from Halilintar," he added.

3. Have Prepared Witnesses and Evidence

Not stopping there, the Kanit PPA of the South Jakarta Police also mentioned that Happy and her lawyer have prepared evidence and witnesses. What is even more surprising is that the marriage of Anofial and Happy is officially recorded by the state.

"We have examined several witnesses, there are four. (Anofial) is still under investigation. There is definitely evidence of a birth certificate, and it will be informed in the next examination," he explained.

4. Threat of Punishment

Furthermore, Happy herself filed a lawsuit regarding child support and treatment towards their child. According to the Kanit PPA of the South Jakarta Police, if proven true, Atta Halilintar's father can be charged under Article.

"Article 76 A and 76B, juncto 77 of the Indonesian Law No. 23 of 2014 concerning child discrimination," he added.
