Accompanied by her lawyer, Sunan Kalijaga, Marlina visited the National Commission on Violence Against Women on Tuesday afternoon to report Mansyardin Malik for his abnormal sexual misconduct. She took this legal action to demand justice against Mansyardin.

Sunan Kalijaga clarified that he and his client have indeed reported Mansyardin's indecent behavior to the National Commission on Violence Against Women. Although not explicitly mentioned, Sunan Kalijaga stated that the actions were immoral and prohibited by religion, but his client had to endure them.

After reporting Mansyardin to the National Commission on Violence Against Women, Sunan Kalijaga revealed shocking facts about another victim of his former in-law's actions. He commended the bravery of the woman who spoke out and joined Marlina's case to demand justice against Mansyardin.

As of now, Sunan Kalijaga stated that there are two victims of Mansyardin's indecent behavior. Marlina herself suffered injuries to her vital organs due to Mansyardin's sexual misconduct and was diagnosed with stage 4 organ damage. The second victim's case is still undergoing consultation.

Sunan Kalijaga then revealed that his client is a widow with the initial S. The meeting between Mansyardin and S began with a property business transaction. Sunan Kalijaga said the reason for their meeting was because Mansyardin Malik wanted to buy a house owned by S.

S was then invited by Mansyardin to meet at a hotel. Without suspicion, S accepted the offer because she considered Mansyardin to be a good and pious person. However, S's assumption turned out to be wrong and led her into Mansyardin's seduction to engage in an intimate relationship with promises that he still keeps secret.

S admitted to feeling powerless when Mansyardin spoke about matters outside of the property business that they both agreed upon as the reason for the meeting. This resulted in an immoral act by Mansyardin towards S. Sunan Kalijaga then emphasized that such an act should not have happened considering that S and Mansyardin did not have a marital relationship and S was under Mansyardin's pressure at that time.

Through his lawyer, S admitted that he is still traumatized by what happened and still needs support from Komnas Perempuan to disclose the incident in more detail. Sunan Kalijaga said that they will slowly proceed with the case so that both clients feel comfortable.

Both S and Marlina experienced emotional turmoil after speaking out about Mansyardin's sexual misconduct towards them. S herself feels ghosted by Mansyardin after being promised something but never receiving it from Taqy Malik's father.

Meanwhile, when interviewed by the media on Tuesday (21/09/2021), Mansyardin Malik casually responded to the emergence of a woman with the initial S who claimed to be their victim. Mansyardin said he doesn't want to bother with the accusations. He added that he considers Sunan Kalijaga, their lawyer, to be taking advantage of the situation.

He called the allegations of sexual harassment and sexual deviation against him mere fabrications. He also denied ever meeting S or engaging in any sexual misconduct. He claimed that he doesn't know S and never made any promises or advances.
